All data without guarantee: These weapon power charts represent many days of meticulous weapons testing, involving several thousand monitored shots in order to build a reliable statistic behind those numbers. Although I cannot give any guarantee for their correctness I put my best efford into good accuracy. Given data also forms the basis of the mean 'combined-weapons power' indices (cWPI) of each ship class (see Players/Ships menu).

For you to better understand the meaning of a min/mean/max hit, have a look at examples of actual statistics: Aggro Bombs, Sniper Blasters, Blasters, Rockets. Observe how the accuracies of those weapons distribute. The best hit will deliver 100% damage. The worst hit will be a miss or at least deliver 45% damage, depending on the weapon. The mean (time-averaged) value also depends on the weapon.

Blueprints of the same rank can cost differently, depending on the item. Nonetheless, all BPs are grouped in 'price categories' (PC) to ensure the costs to equip any ship class remain balanced (except for Hybrid ships). With Draconis the BP prices go up much more steeply. Note, it's not simply: PC-1 cheaper than PC-2 cheaper than PC-3 ... Confer to the price chart for further details.

Tournament ships (TR-Ships) have 5% more armor.
Prototype ships (Parsec class) have 25.59% more armor.
Rare ships (X-Ships) have 25% more armor.
Raven ships (RDX-Ships) have 25% more added to their unique armor index.

What is "Armor Index"?

The Armor Index is a value that represents a ship's HP compared to other ships of the same level. Since the game provides no access to actual HP values, the Armor Index is a calculated and normalized value based on a regular Storm Class (=100) and represents a percentage of that ship's HP. For example, a regular Tank Class has an Armor Index of 150, meaning it has 150% of the HP a regular Storm Class has.

Since Sirius and Tau Ceti do not have a regular Storm Class to compare with, we used the AnIn-12 Parsec a reference instead, by removing its 25.59% armor bonus we obtain a hypothetical regular Storm Class for those systems.

Armor Indices are rounded to the closest integer for readability (i.e: AnIn-12 Parsec is shown to have 126 while in reality it has 125.59).
